Trading Risk

User Responsibility

You are responsible for every trade placed through your Deriv account. You must test in demo mode, understand the contract type, confirm stake size, and only trade funds you can afford to lose.

Account Access

Users connect through Deriv authorization where available. Manual token use is restricted. You are responsible for keeping your Deriv account, email, password, and devices secure.

Payments And Access

Paid access is reviewed manually by an administrator after payment reference submission. Access may be approved, rejected, suspended, or revoked for misuse, fraud, chargeback risk, abuse, or policy violations.

No Guaranteed Availability

The service may experience outages, exchange/API delays, inaccurate market data, connection failures, or maintenance windows. Signals and bots may be paused, changed, removed, or placed under maintenance at any time.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covenant Edge and TradewithJesus are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, data errors, platform downtime, user configuration mistakes, or account-related issues.
